Ingredients

  • Pork

    350 g

  • Ketchup

    4 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Salt

    2 pinch

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

Cooking

A piece of pork cut, not dorezaya to the end. To beat. Season with salt and pepper to taste, spread on top of 2 tbsp of ketchup.

A clove of garlic cut into strips, tomatoes cut into half rings. To put on top of pork, tomatoes and garlic, alternating.

Large onion cut into half rings and put in a sleeve for baking.

On top of the onions put meat "book." Bake in preheated to 200 degrees oven for 20 minutes. Then reduce the heat to 180 degrees and bake another 40 minutes.
