It's soft, fluffy buns with candied fruits and raisins... As if created for women's Breakfast... coffee or Tea and this weightless pastries – Breakfast for Her Beloved!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yeast

    15 g

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Raisins

    30 g

  • Candied

    30 g

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

To prepare the dough for the dough. Mix warm milk, compressed yeast, a teaspoon of sugar and half a Cup of flour. To give up.

When the dough will increase in volume, add to it the beaten egg with the sugar, the sifted flour, the grated zest of lemon or orange, a pinch of vanilla. Stirring, gradually add the softened butter.

Spread the dough with a spoon dipped in water, in the form, greased with vegetable oil. Fill forms only half. The dough will rise strongly! To give rise the buns in half and bake them in the oven at a temperature of 180-200 degrees. Finished rolls can decorate the top with whipped cream.
