Cooking
Mix the flour with the baking powder,
cocoa powder and vanilla sugar.
Whisk the eggs with the sugar in a stable foam.
Add curd, 1 tbsp of water
coffee dissolved in 1 tbsp hot water and whisk cottage cheese.
Then enter gradually the flour mixture and soft butter. Initially mix with a spoon, and then whip at low speed with a mixer.
Prepared dough is put in a cake form, greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. If you have a silicone mold, to lubricate is not necessary. Bake the cake for 25-30 minutes at t 200°C.
Cool cake, then remove from the mold. Before serving soak in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. At the request of the cupcake, you can make whipped cream, chocolate chips, or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
