Pâté of mussels
Thought to such things to cook mussels, and they wink at me whenever I open the freezer. And here I dug up this recipe. Had a wonderful pate. Want to eat, want to put on bread, in tarts want put.

Ingredients

  • Mussels

  • Milk

    7 Tbsp

  • Pickled cucumber

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    2 pinch

  • Seasoning

  • Salt

Cooking

Mussels boiled in salted water, cool, fold in a blender.

Salt, pepper, add the parsley and smoliam in a blender. Pâté of mussels ready. I feel that vodka is simply amazing! But I stupidly ate first with boiled potatoes, then pasta. In short, wiped out a good snack food )))
