Chocolate marshmallow ice cream
A real delight for shokomanov!! The recipe is simple and easy to prepare and of a minimum number of ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Marshmallows

    200 g

  • Dark chocolate

    1 piece

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Cognac

    3 Tbsp

  • White chocolate

    40 g

Marshmallows and chocolate to break into pieces, put them into a bucket.

Add milk and cream, put on low fire. Stir constantly, until dissolved all the chocolate. Remove from the heat.

This kind of mixture should get. To cool down a bit.

Not soluble mini marshmallows, chop with an immersion blender. In the end, add the cognac, mix well.

White chocolate to melt in the microwave. Fold in the package to cut off small tip.

To draw a mesh in the molds and put into freezer for 10 minutes.

Then pour the chocolate-marshmallow mass, on top of the white chocolate. Remove for the night in the freezer.
