Plennik baked with pears and raspberry jam
This dish can be considered a pudding, and the pudding, and porridge, and dessert. But, whatever you call it, it is very tasty and healthy. Millet milk porridge, a layer of raspberry jam, baked pear and crumb of the biscuits with poppy seeds. Simply yum!

Ingredients

  • Millet

    150 g

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cookies

    100 g

  • Mac

    2 Tbsp

  • Pear

    2 piece

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Cardamom

    0.5 tsp

  • Jam

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

In milk pour the washed millet, bring to boil and cook on slow heat for 15-20 minutes. 5 minutes until cooked add the cardamom, salt, sugar.

Cool, add the eggs and stir.

Cookies grind in a mortar or in a blender in small crumbs.

Add poppy seeds.

Pear cut into slices.

Greased molds and sprinkle shortbread crumbs.

Put half of the cereal.

Then a layer of raspberry jam TM Mahe.

Then the rest of porridge, slices of pears.

And sprinkle with sand-poppy crumbs.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Bon appetit.
