Cottage cheese pancakes with mushroom filling
Cheesecake is easy to prepare and a favorite of many dishes. I want to share with you the recipe of cottage cheese pancakes stuffed with mushrooms and Basil. Cheesecakes are incredibly delicious, very tender with a Golden crust.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Basil

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    250 ml

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

Mushrooms, cleaned, cut into small dice. Preheat the pan, pour 2 tbsp oil and fry the mushrooms until the liquid evaporates.
