They are, indeed, Mexican - sharp, as they should be :)

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    750 g

  • Tomato

    350 g

  • Black pepper

    6 piece

  • Coriander

    4 piece

  • Mint

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

    1 piece

  • Carnation

    4 piece

  • Black pepper

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Salt

Cooking

Zucchini cleaned, cut into circles

Tomatoes are cleaned from skin and seeds, cut into cubes, add to the zucchini.

Finely chop the herbs, add remaining spices, salt, sour cream, shake (oops). Cook on medium heat for about 30 minutes - until absorbed all the cream, and zucchini become soft.

Hot - very hot, and cold (the next day) - Mexican, delicious :)
