Casserole green beans
Wonderful, light and flavorful casserole that will please fans of green beans.

Ingredients

  • Green beans

    500 g

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Parmesan

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

The green beans cut into pieces with a length of 3-4 cm. my beans were frozen and already chopped.

Beans put in boiling and salted water and boil for 10-15 minutes. Drain, but LEAVE! 1 Cup of the bean broth.

Tomato paste to dissolve into the bean broth.

To shift the beans to the pan and fry over high heat adding 1 tbsp of butter and 2/3 of tomato paste diluted with broth.

Fry 3-5 minutes, until almost all liquid has evaporated.

Then remove from the heat, add the grated Parmesan and mix well.

Add to beans, eggs, previously beaten with salt and pepper.

4-5 grease forms with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Fill the tart shells with the beans and cook in double boiler 15 minutes.

After the specified time the molds leave to cool slightly. Do not touch the beans, until she cools off. Serve with the left tomato sauce.
