Buns with caraway seeds
Delicious and cute muffins. I like all cakes with caraway seeds. Also very fond of black bread with caraway. For this recipe you can bake the buns "Waste" but, of course, no cumin. Below I'll link rolls, baked me last carnival.

Ingredients

When the dough is ready, add the salt, melted butter, the remaining flour. Knead the dough until it becomes shiny and will not stick to hands and bowl. After that, the dough and put back for 1 hour in a warm place. The finished dough roll into a sausage, divide it into small pieces. Put in the form of rolls on a greased baking sheet. I put in the form for cupcakes. When you rise, make a finger in the middle of the recess, to put Paradise oil, grease eggs, sprinkle with cumin and bake. (I usually obminu the dough once. For the second time will rise and immediately cut into rolls).

Basically, I don't obminu the dough a few times, because the more it ominaeshi, baking is less soft and curvy. This is my opinion from experience of baking.
