Cooking
In boiling salted water sent cauliflower, in pieces. Cook for 5-6 minutes until tender. Then recline in a colander, allowing to drain.
Mushrooms cut into slices, onion - small cubes.
Fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown. Add salt and pepper mix to taste.
Finely chop the bell pepper, also coming with the cooled cauliflower. Combine in a bowl all the vegetables - sauteed onions and mushrooms, chopped cauliflower and bell pepper, green peas.
For salad dressing: mix sour cream and soy sauce. Dressed lettuce, sprinkle with your favorite herbs and serve immediately to the table.
