Description
Salad from the book Jamie Oliver's "Dinner in 30 minutes". With confidence I can say that You will fall in love with this salad. Despite the unconventional combination of ingredients, the salad is extremely fresh and delicious, with absolutely no calories. Prefer to cook in the cold season, when moving away the normal cucumbers and tomatoes.

Cooking
1. Mint leaves rolled into a tube and finely chop. Put them in a container in which we will make the marinade for the salad. To mint I even add the parsley leaves (but this is gag).
2. Chili peppers remove seeds and cut into very small cubes. 3. Put pepper on the grass, salt and pepper and mix well. 4. Half a lemon rubbed on a medium grater with zest, add to the greens and peppers. I do not add the zest because I the taste of the peel do not like.
5. Pour in the vinaigrette 3 tablespoons olive oil, squeeze juice of remaining half lemon, and to try and doperchit it needs more salt if necessary. Leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
6. Zucchini cut into thin strips.
Before serving, casually mix the zucchini with the dressing and garnish with mozzarella balls.
