Vegetable coconut donuts
During lent I propose to treat yourself and your loved ones coconut donuts, which came out very tasty and fluffy. Come and help yourselves ;)

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Coconut shavings

    40 g

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Vegetable oil

    430 ml

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Dissolve the yeast in warm water, add sugar, stir, cover with a towel and leave on for 10-15 min.

Then add the vegetable oil and salt.

Next, add the coconut and sifted flour in parts well vymeshivaem dough. Once all the flour should not be added, as may be required at 2 - 3 tbsp flour, more or less.

Knead the dough. Then I tightly covered the bowl with the dough with cling film and put it in a warm place for 1 hour.

After an hour the dough will increase in volume.

Roll the dough, 1 cm thick, press out circles.

To keep the slices warm for 15-20 min to come.

In a saucepan pour vegetable oil, heat over high heat.

When the donuts fit, fry them in oil until Golden.

Put the donuts on paper towels to rid of excess oil.
