Cooking
Nuts grind in a blender.
Eggs with sugar beat until increased in volume by half.
In egg mass add the nuts and stir. Combine the flour with the baking powder and add to the nut and egg mixture. Mix well.
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Spread the dough. Put in preheated oven to 180C for 20-30 minutes. Readiness check with a toothpick.
While the cakes are baked prepare the sauce. Take any jam (I had raspberry), add 100g of water, the cognac and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat, add 1 bag of jelly cake and mix well until dissolved. Allow to cool a little.
