Apple pie with apples in the pan
It so happened that the oven, only the burners, but to me, horror, wanted Apple pie. I decided to try to do in the pan. It turned out delicious!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Sunflower oil

Whisk eggs with sugar, add "baking powder", sift the flour and "a La carte" add to the dough, try to do without lumps. Apples cut into thin slices, add them to the batter and mix well. Lubricate the pan with sunflower oil, pour the resulting mass and close the lid (I first posted a few slices of apples into the pan for "pattern"). Turn on the stove on a small fire.

After about 20 minutes flip the Apple pie (I turned with plates).

After 10-15 minutes pierce cake with a toothpick (or a match) - if it is dry, the Apple pie is ready! Serve as your heart desires, sprinkle with sugar, powdered sugar, cinnamon, etc., I like "natural" kind
