Chocolate biscotti with dates and peanuts
This is my first experience baking biscotti. Took the recipe from the site Jaschok and slightly changed. Very useful but the main thing - not a drop of fat!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Nuts

    0.5 cup

  • Cards

    0.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Essence

    0.5 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

In a bowl, combine the cocoa, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, nuts and dates ie all the dry ingredients

In another bowl, beat the eggs with the rum essence, pour into flour mixture and knead the dough

Form a loaf and bake it at 180 deg. 35-40 minutes until cooked

The finished loaf is cut with a very sharp knife crunches 2 cm thick and sear on the grill on each side for 10 minutes (see in their mind)
