Easy and simple salad with minimal amount of products!! A wonderful addition to the bottle of cold beer!! The idea of the recipe belongs to my friend, for which she thanks a lot!!
Ingredients

Cucumber

Cheese

Yogurt
150 g

Black pepper

Garlic

Parsley

Lemon juice
1 Tbsp
Cooking
We're doing cucumbers, cut into thin strips.
Put in a bowl.
Slice the sausage thin strips.
RUB on a small grater cheese and mix with sausage.
Sauce: In the yogurt add the garlic, pepper, lemon juice and chopped parsley, all mix well. Sol add is not necessary, as the cheese, and the sausage salty.
Squeeze the cucumber of excess moisture and add to the rest. Dress with the sauce and mix well.
A good addition to this salad would be a cold bottle of beer. Bon appetit.
