Happened here I have a pleasure - arrived long-awaited package, and in it - the long-awaited molds... Urgently need to record something for tea, but at hand, no books, no Internet. Because a complete improvisation! However, at hand was not even the camera, so the pictures were done by phone, so the quality is not answer))) Olenka (Pachita), it's Hello from me!!!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Leavening agent

  • Chicken egg

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

  • Salt

  • Butter

  • Apple

    1 piece

Pumpkin cut into small pieces, put it in a pan, pour a little water (not even reaching half of the pumpkin) and stew on low heat until soft. Mash into a puree, leave to cool.

And that's all! The test, however, came quite a lot, so I had to put twice))) I have to Say - inside the muffins turned out very moist, and because the dough is liquid, and apples... But that was the goal. But you can reduce the amount of milk, and maybe even to add is optional, but it is what it is! Here I tried to put a photo on the fault.
