A warm cocktail
How to start a morning average woman? With oatmeal?! With a Cup of coffee?! Why not combine this in one invigorating and healthy smoothie?! Healthy and delicious food!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    3 cup

  • Oat flakes

    6 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Coffee natural

    200 ml

  • Cinnamon

To prepare the cocktail, I used oat flakes "Hercules" TM "Mistral"

Heated nearly to boiling 2 cups of milk (the rest is left to foam), pour the milk into the oatmeal, stir and leave for 10 minutes

Boil 200 ml of coffee ristretto. It's the strong coffee (200 ml water 70 g of ground coffee). If no machine - can be cooked in a cezve, the pot and strain

Pour coffee in the milk-oat mixture

Use immersion blender to grind everything into a smooth cocktail.

Add sugar and cinnamon (a bit), stir. If you want very very useful cocktail reduce the amount of sugar to a minimum, or eliminate it altogether

Pour into glasses and without adding 1.5-2 cm to the edge

The rest of the milk using the cappuccino pour into glasses in the form of milk foam. If there is no coffee machine or cappuccino - not a problem!!! Pour cold milk into a glass from the blender, and use the submersible nozzle beat. It top with whipped frothy. This foam will be less stable, but still foam!! With a spoon spread the resulting foam on the cocktail and again, whisk the milk, until the foam.

Sprinkle the cocktail with cinnamon or grated chocolate. A nice Breakfast!!! It is also delicious cold!!
