Cucumber salad with olives and chilli
The unusual combination of ingredients, amazingly tasty and healthy filling - and it's all in one salad! This salad is perfect for dinner, and be sure to give him a piece of dried bread, mmm... very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Olives

    100 g

  • Chili

    2 piece

  • Green onions

    2 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Parsley

    1 tsp

  • Yogurt

    100 ml

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Bread

    2 slice

Cooking

1. Cucumber peel and cut into small dice, season with salt and let stand for 10 minutes.

2. Olives finely chopped (I have 8 parts).

3. Green onions cut into thin rings.

4. Pepper remove seeds, WASH WELL and cut into strips. Dill finely chop.

5. Yogurt mix with lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and mix with chopped parsley, dill and onions.

6. Add cucumbers, olives, chilli. Mix and salad is ready.

Serve chilled with a slice of dried bread.
