Grilled salmon milt
Very nice and rare appetizer on the festive table, and because it is insanely delicious and juicy! Hearty, yummy and nutritious milk will appeal even to those who fish usually indifferent! Very tasty and hot dishes and cold snacks.

Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise

    150 g

  • Fish ROE

    0.5 kg

  • Seasoning

  • Curry

    1 tsp

  • Allspice

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

Cooking

Milt rinse. Dry. Season fish with seasoning (it already contains salt) or just a little salt. Let stand for 15-20 minutes.

Pour in a Cup of mayonnaise and add mustard. Mix well.

In another Cup pour the flour, add the curry and pepper. Stir.

In a pan pour oil and allow to become hot. Taking alternately every milk and dip first into mayonnaise,

Then in the flour (you can do this: flour--mayonnaise--flour).
