Great alternative to pasties! One of my favorite recipes from the past 10 years.

Cooking
Mix the water, egg, sour cream, salt and gradually adding flour, knead the dough. The dough should be soft! Leave the dough for about 30 minutes, but this time making the filling.
For the filling, mix the cheese, green onions (lots), egg, about 1/2 tsp salt and sour cream (the filling should be soft but not liquid, so easily smudged.
On a floured surface roll out dough to 2 mm (approximately).
And formed something like pasties, only rectangular.
Fry in well heated oil so that was ruddy.
The finished product is put in one large container, away from direct sunlight (cool, of course, faster, but in the end will be softer).
