Sour cream cake with pineapple
I want to share my recipe, this cake turns out very tasty, and pineapples lend a hint of acidity.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    2.5 cup

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Sour cream

    2 can

  • Pineapple

    1 can

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    250 g

Prepare the dough. Whisk 2 eggs and 1 Cup sugar with a mixer

Melt the butter, pour in the batter. Add sour cream, flour, soda. All mix thoroughly with a mixer

Ready divide the dough into two layers. In one cake add the cocoa. Turn the oven on 180 degrees. In the form put the parchment paper on top and grease with sunflower oil. Put in the batter with cocoa (because dark the crust will be the bottom) and let stand for 15-20 minutes, send in the oven for 20 minutes (check with toothpick for readiness).

CREAM: whisk sour cream and sugar. Ready cake spread on a dish and brush with cream, sprinkle slices of pineapple. With the second layer do just as well. We DECORATE our cake. READY!!!
