Frieze salad with radish and Parmesan
I bought the other day at the market a head of frisée and literally fell for him. No, I used to buy in supermarkets... in the package, some of the Italian company, separate sheets. Took a few times. But there was a head... huge, fresh, beautiful, curly... Wheee!!! Now spoil their different versions of salad. We have to eat while it's fresh!!! Today, another option: very easy, very tasty salad with fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Lettuce

    0.25 piece

  • Radishes

    8 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    6 piece

  • Parmesan

    60 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Balsamic

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Lettuce

  • Greens

Frieze salad rinse thoroughly, shake well and a little dry. To disassemble it into separate leaves. Well, look, what a beauty!!! Kudryavsky, pyshnenky... Mmmmmm... that's crazy!!!

Lettuce rinse, dry and pick by hand into pieces.

Radish wash, cut in half and then into thin slices crosswise.

Cucumber cut lengthwise into 4 pieces and then crosswise into slices.

Bulgarian pepper cleaned and cut into pieces.

Add to taste the greens. I have cilantro, dill, parsley and green onions.

Parmesan to grate flakes. A few flakes to leave for decoration. In a small container mix the oil, juice, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper and beat well.

All the ingredients lightly pour dressing neatly and easily to mix and then spread on a flat dish.
