Cupcake
The recipe is from the book "Wonder dough". Quite unusual and quick to prepare the cake from two types of dough.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    300 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Starch

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Fruit

    250 g

  • The sugar syrup

    100 ml

Defrost the puff pastry, roll out and put on the bottom of the form (better to lay it with baking paper). A little pinned with a fork.

In puff pastry we spread the fruit.

Eggs, sugar, a pinch of salt, beat with a mixer. Separately mix flour, starch and baking powder. To egg mixture add the flour with the starch, pour in the fruit syrup, whisk all until smooth.

Pour the dough on top of the puff, fruit.

Put in preheated oven (200 deg.) and bake about half an hour, readiness check wooden stick. I have it on top of rose "dome", so the shape of the cut was unusual. In General, very good and easy. Bon appetit and good mood!
