Dear cooks, I offer a recipe for "meat ring". This recipe I have for a long time, many years ago I saw him on TV. I suggest to you to make it.

Bread steeped in milk.
Onions cut and fry.
In forcemeat add eggs, bread, onion, herbs, salt, pepper and spices to taste.
In the middle of the pans, put the glass and put the mince, even out. I used a cake pan with a hole in the middle.
Put into preheated the oven to 250 degrees for 30 min.
Until the ring is cooked prepare the sauce: tomatoes cut into rings and fry in a skillet in oil.
Add sour cream and herbs, simmer for another 10 minutes.
The finished ring pulls out of shape and in the middle put the sauce. Meat ring is ready!
