Pie with three toppings
This pie can be either sweet three fillings, and three savory. As you like it.....

Ingredients

  • Flour

    800 g

  • Milk

    1.5 cup

  • Yeast

    50 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Margarine

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

This time I made a yeast dough in Pokhlebkin: dissolve the yeast in 0.5 Cup milk + 2 tbsp flour and 2 tbsp of sugar,stir and put in a warm place for 10-30 minutes.

Then in the dough add the rest of the milk(lukewarm), salt, oil and flour.

Add the flour, and mix gradually until the dough no longer stick to hands. To cut after the second lift (products for a long time not stale, because there are no eggs)

1 filling: cheese, sugar, sour cream, egg white, vanillin.

Filling 2: milk, poppy seeds, semolina, vanilla sugar, brandy, raisins, almonds, egg.

Filling 3: frozen berries (cranberries, blueberries, cherries, raspberries), starch, sugar.

Roll the dough into the reservoir.

Spread the filling (berry and poppy) on the dough, as shown in the picture.
