Pie with black currant
Simple easy pie with frozen black currants remind you of hot summer, warm sun and berries and fruit galore! Pour tea, welcome!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Black currants

    300 g

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

Prikalivaet breadcrumbs on a dry pan for 3-5 minutes. In order not to spoil the impression of the pie, the biscuits must be fresh. Butter room temperature, egg, sugar and vanilla sugar, beat until smooth.

Continuing to whisk, add the yogurt. Toss in the breadcrumbs.

Add sifted flour and soda. The result is a fairly thick batter.

In currants add starch and stir.

Spread half of the dough into shape. On top lay the currants. I took a square silicon form 22*22, it was great for the amount of ingredients. Therefore, I recommend to take a smaller shape, then the pie will turn out more magnificently.

On top of the berries put the second part of the test. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. Till top. When serving you can sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cake is not too sweet, with a light walnut-currant finish. Nutty flavor baking gives fried breadcrumbs.
