This dish, like many others, I found in the Internet, made for the first time. Immediately very much liked and settled into my culinary notebook)))

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    5 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Raisins

    100 piece

  • Milk

    100 g

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Vanilla

Cooking

This is something that all of us will need.

Apples clean from the skin, cut into cubes, fry with raisins, if need be, add 2 tbsp water. Sugar to taste.

Grate the carrot on a small grater, stew under a lid for 10 mins, add the butter and milk.

Remove the pan from heat and gradually add to the carrot weight of the semolina. Pour semolina carrots with a thin layer each time and mix thoroughly to avoid lumps of semolina. Return to heat and continue to simmer for 10 minutes. Add sugar to taste and cool.

The cooled carrot mixture, add the egg, vanilla (and cinnamon) and mix thoroughly.

Pour on a cutting Board with the flour. With a wet spoon type carrot pastry, put the flour, wet hand rasplatita the dough into a round pellet. In the middle of the tortillas put a spoonful of the Apple filling, gently tap the edge over them and study them close up.

Salmon in any form cutlets, roll in flour. Fry in Rast. oil over moderate heat. Serve with sour cream.
