Cookies with protein
Light cookies with a filling of beaten egg whites.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Margarine

    250 g

  • Egg white

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Powdered sugar

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

For the test. Flour, sour cream, egg yolks, margarine and mix well.

To make the filling. Beat the whites until frothy, add sugar and beat again.

On a greased form to lay out the cookies. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
