Squash stuffed
Love the little scallops, they are tender and tasty, perfectly combined with meat and vegetables. Accidentally saw on the market, the squash is a little unusual form and immediately decided what to do with them!

Ingredients

  • Semi-dry red wine

    70 ml

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Beef

    400 g

  • Chicken breast

    0.5 piece

  • Squash

    3 piece

  • Sage

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

Take three such wonderful squash.

Cook the minced beef and chicken breast, season with salt and pepper.

In a pan fry a little onion, then add finely chopped eggplant, then add bell pepper.

Tomatoes with garlic and roots of parsley grind in a food processor.

Add to vegetables and sauté, add salt and black pepper.

In another pan fry the minced meat, pour the red wine and evaporate a bit, add the sage.

Add in the mince and vegetable mixture and mix. The stuffing is ready.

Of the squash remove the seeds.

Fill with stuffing. Put on the leaf and on the leaf pour a little water. Put in oven for 30 minutes. Check the readiness with a toothpick as soon as the squash are soft, everything is ready.
