Pear in wine
Simple dessert for a holiday when the cakes are already tired, I want something light.

Ingredients

  • Pear

    2 piece

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Semi-dry red wine

    200 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Carnation

    3 piece

  • Allspice

    2 piece

Take pears and peel off the thick edge so that they stood steadily on the plate. Peel the skins, tails we leave.
