Cooking
Take pears and peel off the thick edge so that they stood steadily on the plate. Peel the skins, tails we leave.
To pear is not dark, while you prepare the syrup, put them in a bowl of water and squeeze the juice of half a lemon.
Take a small saucepan just two pears, put the sugar, water, spices, a slice of lemon and boil the syrup for 5 minutes.
