1 handful
Cooking
Beat egg with sugar. Add butter, cream and whip some more.
Pour the flour with the baking powder and whisk. The batter runs off the spoon, not thick. Add the cranberries and stir.
Pour the batter over the cups and send in the oven at 180 degrees until cooked. You can decorate the finished cupcakes to your taste.
