Cooking
Carrots wash, peel and grate on a coarse grater.
Cabbage to wash, remove the outer leaves and slice it into small strips.
Vegetables put in a bowl and pour over the lemon juice.
Mix well and thoroughly mash with your hands, the cabbage should be softer and give juice.
The cabbage pour soy sauce, stir and leave to infuse.
Cucumber cut into strips.
Sweet pepper also cut into strips.
Put all the vegetables to the cabbage and add a half can of corn.
Cut the greens (I have parsley).
The fresh greens salad, pour vegetable oil and mix well.
Lay on portions plates and you can eat!!!
