Sweet and sour coleslaw
Recipes cabbage salad a huge amount. And each family has its own characteristics making it. And as in a cloudy March day in want of freshness and color, try my bright salad!!!

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    0.333 plug

  • Carrots

    0.5 piece

  • Lemon

    0.333 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Corn

    0.5 can

  • Parsley

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Carrots wash, peel and grate on a coarse grater.

Cabbage to wash, remove the outer leaves and slice it into small strips.

Vegetables put in a bowl and pour over the lemon juice.

Mix well and thoroughly mash with your hands, the cabbage should be softer and give juice.

The cabbage pour soy sauce, stir and leave to infuse.

Cucumber cut into strips.

Sweet pepper also cut into strips.

Put all the vegetables to the cabbage and add a half can of corn.

Cut the greens (I have parsley).

The fresh greens salad, pour vegetable oil and mix well.
