Vitamin mango salad with cashews

Ingredients

  • Orange

  • Soy sauce

For dressing mix the soy sauce, orange juice, wine vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.

Blanch the beans in salted water for 2-3 minutes, then rinse with cold water.
