Cooking
Softened butter, beat with 100 g of sugar and vanilla. Eggs divided into yolks and whites and one yolk, add to the butter mixture, continuing to whisk.
Add baking soda, slaked with vinegar, cocoa and flour, all mix
Slowly pour in milk to the dough, like thick cream
Whisk whites with a pinch of salt until stable peaks.
Add to batter whites and put in oven preheated to 200 C for 25-30 minutes until tender.
Prepare gelatin as instructed. Take 1 banana, 100 g sugar, cottage cheese and 2 tbsp of yogurt, grind all in a blender
Prepared gelatine mix with the remaining yogurt, and then pour in the cheese mixture. You can sprinkle chocolate chips. All mix and put on 5 minutes in the refrigerator to gelatin slightly set.
Get our ready-made sponge cake and cut out the core, leaving the bottom and sides.
Put the bananas, can be whole or cut into 2 parts. I cut them, if intact, then you need to take bananas in 2 times more.
Put our mixture on top of bananas and yoghurt, forming a small hill.
Crumble top biscuit, the one that was taken from the midway. The cake is ready, remove it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Before serving you can sprinkle with cocoa
So the cake turns out in the section.
