Cake Mink Mole
Very delicate and light cake!!! Perfect for those who are watching a figure, but can not give up the sweet)))

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Yogurt

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Gelatin

    12 g

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Banana

    3 piece

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    100 g

Softened butter, beat with 100 g of sugar and vanilla. Eggs divided into yolks and whites and one yolk, add to the butter mixture, continuing to whisk.

Prepare gelatin as instructed. Take 1 banana, 100 g sugar, cottage cheese and 2 tbsp of yogurt, grind all in a blender

Prepared gelatine mix with the remaining yogurt, and then pour in the cheese mixture. You can sprinkle chocolate chips. All mix and put on 5 minutes in the refrigerator to gelatin slightly set.

Get our ready-made sponge cake and cut out the core, leaving the bottom and sides.

Put the bananas, can be whole or cut into 2 parts. I cut them, if intact, then you need to take bananas in 2 times more.

Put our mixture on top of bananas and yoghurt, forming a small hill.
