Cooking
First make the dough for pancakes. I use the same recipe - the eggs lightly whipped with a spoon of sugar, add milk and water in the ratio 1:1, then the flour and well mix with whisk until lumps disappear.
Leave the dough to relax a little and do some fillings. In the original, for the filling, it was proposed to use spinach, but in my family no one would have died, and I decided to expand the list of ingredients. So, cut onions
On a grater grate the carrots
Potatoes grate on a grater
Tomatoes cut into cubes. One leave, we'll need it in the future
Add the bacon and fry for a little while, a moment
I have left some boiled chicken breast - it just cut
So, the filling is ready, fry the pancakes. From this amount of dough turned 18 pieces.
Allow the pancakes to cool, then spread the filling. Since my brother is a vegetarian, you have to do for it separately - carrots, onions, tomatoes, potatoes and cheese. But in the main I fried bacon and chicken. The filling should be slightly prisolit.
Fold the pancakes and put into the form. In my case - old, even grandma's skillet!
From the second tomato cooking sauce - just sprinkle with salt and bake it in the microwave for 2 minutes until you let the juice and will not pull together soft
To add to the pancakes to the soup, pour the sauce and sprinkle with cheese - forgot to take a picture and a little cheese you need to RUB! Put into the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Spread on plates and call everyone to the table! PS the Broth I poured a little more than I should, so the pancakes become too gentle and whole difficult to spread, but I cut as rolls! The taste is not affected!
