Strudel made exhaust test
Another strudel, but this test is not none. And the case is in the test. This is the dough from which baked traditional pies-the Moldavian cuisine. This is a very simple test and the result is superb.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Water

    0.66 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

  • Butter

    50 g

In flour mixed with salt, pour warm water and oil. Knead a soft elastic dough and divide into 2 balls.

Let the dough "rest" for 10-15 minutes. Then each ball out thinly and gently "pull" the dough to stretch around the circumference. Thus you get a very thin sheet, like Turkish pita bread.

The first sheet drizzle with melted margarine and cover with the second. Also drizzle with oil and put the stuffing on the edge. Then very gently roll into a loaf and place on a baking tray covered with baking paper.

Bake at t180-200 degrees until a beautiful Golden color, but do not desiccate. The finished strudel sprinkle with powdered sugar.
