The meatballs of spaghetti
Easy to prepare and very tasty dish of Italian cuisine. Can be served as a side dish or all by themselves. And kids should really enjoy it!

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti

    400 g

  • Mozzarella

    50 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Ham

    150 g

  • Bread crumbs

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Black pepper

Spaghetti break into pieces with a length of approximately 5 cm or less. Cook in boiling salted water, discard in a colander, cool.

Ham and Emmenthal cheese to grate on a coarse grater, Mozzarella cut into cubes.

In a deep bowl, mix ham, cheese, spaghetti, crushed garlic clove, add the egg, salt, pepper, mix well. Warm a pan with olive oil, butter add a little at a time in the frying process.

From pasta to form the meatballs, roll in breadcrumbs and fry until Golden brown. Spread on paper towel to soak up oil.
