Cooking
Tomato fry onion for 5 minutes.
Prepare the mince - mix mince, rice, egg, pepper, salt to taste, a clove of garlic.
Later in the minced meat add the fried onions with tomatoes, and a spoonful of sour cream. Carefully blend. The stuffing is ready.
Zucchini cut into pieces, with a height of approx. 3-4 cm Cut out the middle (seeds).
Next, fill the zucchini with minced meat and spread on a baking sheet. Leave a little stuffing. The remaining serdtsevini from zucchini, cut into slices, and mix with leftover stuffing.
Next three cheese on a grater, add the crushed clove a garlic, dill. Mix. Spread the edges of the pan remnants of the zucchini. Dilute bouillon cube in 2/3 Cup boiling water and pour it in the bottom of the pan. On top of zucchini lightly pour sour cream or mayonnaise.
Sprinkle cheese with dill and garlic. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Put on 40 min.
