Delicious and beautiful cookies are sure to please your loved ones.

Ingredients

  • Apricot

    17 piece

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Brown sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    200 g

  • Milk

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Melt butter, add sugar, beat with a mixer.

Add milk and egg, beat again.

Add the flour, knead a soft dough.

Roll out the dough 5 mm thick on the table, sprinkled with flour. Cut out shape cookies with a diameter of 6-8 mm. Lay on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil with baking paper. Bake 10-15 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven. Cookies to get fully cool.

To make glaze: mix lemon juice and powdered sugar and lightly whisk.

Grease each cookie with frosting, spread to the center of the apricot, a little push. To give glaze to harden. Bon appetit!
