Description

Young pointed cabbage
Offer to make summer delicious, spicy salad of young cabbage. This salad can be cooked for dinner. The salad so juicy, that does not require pre-treatment of cabbage.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    300 g

  • Carrots

    60 g

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 piece

  • Greens

    3 sprig

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Water

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Shred cabbage is not very finely. Carrots grate on a grater Chinese. Lightly mix without effort, to prisolit.

Hot pepper cut into small feathers or rings as you like.

Prepare the dressing. In a bowl mix the honey, mustard, wine vinegar, squeeze the garlic through the press, mix.

Pour vegetable oil and water, mix well.

Add the dressing to the salad and mix.

Add chopped parsley, mix well.

Leave salad in a warm place for 5-6 min. the Remains of the salad can be folded into a jar and put into the refrigerator.
