Tangerine cupcakes

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Yogurt

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Mandarin

    3 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Orange zest

    2 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Work into a good lather the eggs with the sugar. Add soda, quenched with vinegar. Pour the mixture sifted through a sieve the flour and yogurt. Tangerine wash, remove seeds (if any), grind in a blender or grinder. Add the mandarins to the mixture. Tins greased with butter. If you have a silicone mold, just spray it with water. Put the dough into the molds to 2/3 of its volume.

Bake in preheated oven 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.

The cooled cupcakes sprinkle with powdered sugar.
