Graviola jelly chocolate chip
Easier dessert I don't know. Except that you can buy in the store... But for all its simplicity it is incredibly delicious!

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    100 ml

  • Gelatin

    5 g

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 g

  • Dark chocolate

    30 g

  • Grapefruit

    50 g

  • Cranberries

    30 g

  • Sugar

    75 g

  • Lemon peel

  • Semi-sweet red wine

    30 ml

Cooking

In sour cream add the sugar, vanilla sugar and grate the chocolate.

Gelatin soak in water to swell and heat to dissolve. Pour it to the cream and stir.

Pour into jelly glasses and refrigerate until fully cured.

Until the jelly hardens - - prepare the sauce. Grapefruit cut into slices, add wine and cranberries.

Boil 15 minutes, add brown sugar.

Cook until thick about 15 minutes. Cool.
