Weiche Lebkuchen - soft Christmas gingerbread cookies
The holidays are coming, holidays are coming.. ))) Thanks to our friends - the Germans for the recipe.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    225 g

  • Semolina

    150 g

  • Spices

    15 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Salt

  • Honey

    150 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Margarine

    125 g

Cooking

Mix the flour, semolina, baking powder, salt and spices.

Mix with a mixer the margarine, sugar and honey.

Gradually stir in the flour.

Hands knead the dough, leave on for 15 minutes.

Roll it 1 cm thick, to form circles (squares, hearts, etc). Put on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for about 15 minutes. Cool.

You can make out anything: sugar frosting, chocolate, nuts etc are All good appetite;)
