Cupcakes for brined with pistachios
Muffins turn out soft, sweet and a little crumbly. This is a crisis and lean version of cupcakes. Prepared very quickly and easily.

Ingredients

  • Brine

    0.75 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Pistachios

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

In a container for the dough pour the brine from Saul. tomatoes and add baking soda. Add butter, then sugar and stir to dissolve the sugar. Add the flour and pistachios and knead the dough. It should not be liquid, but at the same time not cool. Flour may take a little more, since flour is different in quality. The dough is a bit like sand.

Grease a form with butter, put the dough and bake until done 20-25 minutes at temp. = 170 - 180 gr.
