Cooking
For preparation of this snacks you can take any non-sweet pancakes. I cook pancakes on a very simple recipe. Whisk eggs with sugar and salt, add the warm milk, flour, baking powder, all beat well until smooth, add the sunflower oil "Oleyna", stir.
Bake pancakes in the usual way, greasing the pan with sunflower oil "Oleyna". For cooking pancake cheesecake will need 8-10 pancakes. For the beauty of serving I got the pancakes with a diameter of 12 cm (cut), so all the ingredients (mentioned above) reduced by the number 3 times.
Soak the gelatin according to the instructions on the package.
In the bowl of a blender put cottage cheese, sour cream, garlic, lemon juice.
Add peeled cooked frozen shrimp. All break (grind) blender.
Dissolve gelatin (heated while stirring), but in no case do not boil. The cooled solution of gelatin pour into the blender, stir.
Take a separable form. I made the foil to avoid leakage. Put it on the bottom pancake.
Pour the shrimp mousse to completely cover the pancake. Next, put the next pancake and fill with the mousse also.
So put all the pancakes. Pour on top of mousse. Put the starter in the fridge for 4 hours for complete curing.
Get a frozen cheesecake, release from the molds (I just walked outside with a hair dryer).
From above decorate with greens and red caviar. Snack chilled. Bon appetit!
