Cooking
Crab sticks finely chop or grind using a food processor. Not to fanaticism! It is important to remain small pieces.
Grate the cheese on a grater.
Finely chop the green onions.
Diced red and yellow peppers cut into small cubes.
In a bowl, mix all the chopped products, add the pine nuts (they should be lightly toasted and crushed), 1 egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and mascarpone.
Mix everything and put into the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. This step is not to miss, otherwise the mass will crumble and not blind in burgers.
Meantime, prepare the salsa - finely chop the remaining pepper and mango (I have canned). Mango can be replaced with peach or nectarine.
Mix mango, red and yellow peppers, add the chopped spring onion and chilli.
Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice and olive oil.
To get the mince out of the fridge, quickly shape round patties and roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry in mixture of butter and olive oil until Golden brown. Flip carefully, chicken very tender!
