Barbecue in the tea marinade
Variants of barbecue cooking does not count... But recently I was treated to a tasty barbeque. Decided to cook myself and to share with you. Juicy and flavorful meat without any vinegar. Believe me, very tasty!!!

Ingredients

  • Black tea

    50 g

  • Spices

  • Sauce-marinade

    3 Tbsp

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Pork

    1 kg

To start, brew a strong tea. Welding take the black and brew - 50g fill 500-700ml of boiling water (to keep the meat covered). Meat cut into pieces.

Cut onion into rings.

The tea is drained, squeeze, add salt, Bay leaf, sauce, pepper (preferably scented!). Stacked layers of meat and onions. Pour our marinade. Put the yoke and put them in the cold for about six hours. I was done for the night.
