Pumpkin bread
Soft fluffy bread, the bright colors. Simple and easy recipe makes one bread form.

Ingredients

  • Puree vegetables

    1 cup

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    20 g

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

1. 2 tablespoons water (≈40 degrees) dissolve 2 teaspoons of sugar, add fresh yeast, stir well and set aside.

2. In a large bowl put 1 Cup of pumpkin puree (glass dvuhsotkratnym gram), add 0.5 teaspoon of coarse salt, 1 tbsp. spoon of sunflower oil, stir well. (optionally, you can add 0.5 tsp. of turmeric).

4. Gradually introduce this mixture into the sifted flour and well mix the dough by hand. The dough will be very sticky. Cover the bowl with the dough with a damp towel (soaked in hot water) and set aside in a warm place for 40 minutes.

5. After 40 minutes the dough will work fine. Loaf pan lightly sprinkle with flour.
